Supreme has once again teamed up with the folks at Vans! This time, the collaboration includes two Half Cabs in yellow and black, and two Chukkas in red and blue. All four have just solid colors with no patterns, allowing the design of the shoes to really come through.

Vaughn Bode x Puma Basket...
The newest installment to the Vaughn Bode x Puma collection has hit select retailers. Originally conceived on the Clyde, this latest design inspired by legendary cartoonist Vaughn Bode is now transfered to the Puma Basket II. As well unlike its predecessors, these Basket IIs feature much more understated Cheech Wizard star references. Three colorways are available including black, red and white.
In association with the worldwide release, sneaker boutique Overkill will present a special showcase to launch the latest installment of the Cheech Wizard campaign. Vaughn Bode's son, Mark will be available on Saturday, May 17th for a day of signings and a night time event that will include a live painting and musical performances.
The first Vaughn Bode Clydes are "grails" of mines. I luv everything about the shoe...and wish I could of secured a pair. These Baskets are hot too. A lil' more subtile, but still classic "Cheech Wizard".

What the hell...Why not show some pics of my "grails", Vaughn Bode x Puma Clyde. Damn...I fucking luv this shoe!!!

Kicks Lab, Japan...
The sneaker scene in general has enjoyed a large number of events to go alongside the popularity in footwear and collecting, with the recent Kicks Lab event in Japan yielded some interesting sights. Mita and Atmos were on hand, each showcasing various sneakers they've had a hand in creating over the years including unreleased versions of the New Balance MT580 from Mita. Amongst the store displays were a large range of Nikes and Jordans on display.
Looks like it was quite a success. I'm going to have to "man up" and take that trip oversees one day. I'm feeling like I'm missing out on the finer things in life. A couple co.jp joints wouldn't hurt either.

DQM Blazers...
The DQM x Nike Blazer drew a decent amount of buzz when it was revealed earlier this week. Now Chris Keeffe from DQM has an update...with information on the shoes.
"Nike has partnered with New York retailer Dave's Quality Meat for a limited release of the Nike Blazer Hi. Originally released in 1973, the Nike Blazer Hi is Nike's first Hoops shoe, becoming a pioneering basketball sneaker. "This style was one the [DQM] team of Chris Keeffe, Dave Ortiz and myself all agreed was iconic, as well as being a sneaker we'd not yet had the opportunity to work with Nike on,” said DQM’s Kyle Demers.
After spending time in the Nike Design library at World Headquarters, Beaverton, Oregon, the team identified full grain leather and the classic Safari print on premium suede as their materials of choice for this special Nike Blazer. The next step in the design process saw the DQM team divide into two groups: Chris and Dave were joined by Nike designer Al Baik, while Kyle paired with Nike Design Director, Jesse Leyva. "The challenge was to see which team, taking inspiration from BMX and Skateboarding in the 1980’s, could create the best color way for the Nike x DQM Blazer Mid," said Kyle Demers.
"When Chris, Dave, Kyle, Al and myself shared ideas, I knew there was not one winner, and the Nike x DQM Blazer needed to be in fact a collection of all three versions created by the DQM team," said Jesse Leyva. "So that’s exactly what we did."
The Nike x DQM Blazer Hi will be available this summer in three colorways, at select retail accounts."
This is such wonderful news to Nike Blazer fans like myself. I appreciate the DQM crew making these accessible...but don't sleep. Get it while it's hot, or PAY later. Remember, the DQM "Bacon" Air Max 90 was once easy to get also...and only $90 bucks retail. Try getting a pair now for less than $300.

Londons?! Oh Hell...
It's ya boy Tigga Tigga here with...The Fake Report. And this time, I've stumbled across something disturbing. This is downright pathetic. But first, let me drop a gem on you. One of my favorite sneakers, bar none, is the Nike Dunk Low SB London.
First spotted on the web site of Paris' Opium Crew. Like the Paris, Tokyo, and NYC SB's, this pair represents one of the globe's largest metropolises - a dynamic city whose sneaker culture is well respected on the world stage.
Embroidered on the heel panel of this SB is The River Thames, a 200-mile waterway so central to and intertwined with the England's past that it has been described as "Liquid History."
Its one of the White City Dunk Series and were only available in Foot Patrol London. 202 pairs exsistence in the world. Here that, 202 pairs. It would cost you $1,000 plus dollars to buy a authentic pair of Londons, off of vintagekicks or some other reputable site. For those that live under a rock, check the pics of the actual shoe.

A gem of a shoe. And yes, they have been FAKED!!!
I gotta ask this question. If you had a chance to buy a real pair, (like they are floating everywhere to buy), would you? Especially if you can go to the local swap meet and catch a shady ass brother yelling out, "Just $15.00" for these?
(Pics courtesy of I-Phone)
The fucked up thing is, you could be fooled by the quality of this knockoff from afar. I had to actually hold these in my hands to see the slight inconsistencies. You get a silver Nike SB box too, with labels. Just watch out for that Jack Purcell thin insole (glued in, non-removable)if you decide to buy. But hey, you can cop quite a few zoom air insoles & an outfit to match with the $985 bucks you saved buying that bootleg shit. The sole should fall right off the first time you wear them. (Smh)
Until next time, it's Tigga Tigga signing off...with The Fake Report.
Gimme More Brains...
Founding fathers of the hardcore punk movement, Bad Brains has teamed up with Supreme on a collection of apparel and sneakers. The diverse nature of Bad Brains created an eclectic sound that included a mix of punk, metal, jazz and reggae. The Rastafarian combo have broken up and reformed over the years, now manned by the classic and current lineup of singer H.R., guitarist Dr. Know, bassist Darryl Jennifer, and drummer Earl Hudson. The collection includes a three-pack of Vans Half-Cabs, two t-shirts and a Harrington jacket. The roll out will begin April 24th at Supreme LA and NY, while Japan will release their capsules on April 26th in Daikanyama/Harajuku and April 27th in Osaka/Fukuoka.
Look's like I'll be making a trip to NY this weekend. Stacks...get at ya boy!!!

Nike x Kanye Tuda...
In what amounted to a ridiculous amount of press over Kanye West's Nikes worn at the Grammys, Kanye West was spotted wearing a new colorway of his fabled Nikes on his Glow in the Dark Tour. Straight from Kanye's mouth has slated they will see a retail roll out but no word yet on a date.
"Interesting."
I quickly noticed the Air Jordan 3 inspirations on this model, especially the midsole and air unit. I would buy...but most likely that retail roll Kanye was referring to will be hyperstrikes or something really limited. In that case...the resellers will prey!!!!

In the meantime...here's some additional info for all you cats that never heard of or had a chance to listen to their music. Wouldn't want ya'll to be wearing these strickly cause it's a Supreme colab only. Shows that brothers can "get punk" on some different type shit. ~~I Don't Care What You Might Say...We Got That Attitude!!!~~
Bad Brains are a highly influential American all-black hardcore punk band, originally formed in Washington, D.C. in 1979. By melding punk with reggae, Bad Brains became one of the definitive American hardcore punk groups of the early '80s. Although the group released only a handful of records during its peak, including the legendary cassette-only debut, Bad Brains, they developed a dedicated following, many of whom would later form their own hardcore and alternative bands. As for Bad Brains themselves, they continued to record and tour in varying lineups led by guitarist Dr. Know into the late '90s yet never managed to break out of their cult status.

Puma x Screaming Hand...
1987 marked the debut of not only one of the most iconic skate graphics of all time, the "Screaming Hand" but also the release of Puma's popular First Round Hi. As an homage to the most credible skate brands around, Puma will release a Screaming Hand influenced First Round Hi sneaker, including a matching t-shirt. The First Round features many design influences linked to the Jim Phillips designed Screaming Hand. Four different laces will be included upon the release, which has yet to be announced.
Who doesn't like the screaming hand? Point blank, it remains a classic design. Hard to believe such a ill' logo is 21 years old! That being said, the First Rounds have a little bit too much going on for my taste. But, check the pics & decide for yourself.
