Down In The Dirty...

Here's a few random pics of my trip to Georgia for my family's huge reunion. Funny, they call the south the "Dirty Dirty", but the damn place looked pretty clean to me. lol













































I'm gonna miss all the Waffle House/Chicken & Waffles spots. There seemed to be one on every 3rd block. And I didn't mind the nice, friendly service at the retail stores. Hey Sherrell...

All & all, good times were had. I need to go back soon....

I previously posted that I indeed liked the Nike Air Max 24/7. I guess I couldn't hold out any longer. Both the Neons & the Sports Reds have been secured. Damn, that's a lotta' air!!!







Next up, Orange Blaze colorway set for a Fall 2010 drop...

Copped the Nike Air Max 90 "Infared" colorway about 10 days early. Somebody put them up for sale at Footlocker without knowing about the July 24th release date. In my opinion, this is the ONLY Air Max 90 model needed.






BTW...Don't ask which Footlocker I copped from. They've since pulled the shoe off the shelves....

Flash From The Past

Two of the best that ever did it. Mike & Scottie wearing a couple of my fav sneakers, the Air Jordan 11 "Concords" and the Nike Air Max Uptempo (Blk/Red). They just don't make great court shoes like these anymore, and I still own both OG pairs to this day.



Together Jordan & Pippen had all the fundamentals needed to win 6 Championships. They possessed skills, athleticism, court smarts......

And enough common sense to know you might have to slap a double team on the future heir apparent.



Between the 3 of those guys, that's a whole lot of Championship hardware. Lebron, D-Wade & Bosh.....take notes.

Bape Does It Again.....

This past weekend at The Bape Store in Japan,
A Bathing Ape released it's newest silhouette, the Yanksta. Not suprising was their use of another already popular shoe model (Vans Era). Bape's signature camo pattern is applied giving the shoe a distinct Bape look. All four colorways can be purchased now for 15,540 yen or about $177...





I'd rather stick to buying Vans Eras for about $40.

On The Low...

Picked up these Nike Half Cent "Green Sparks" while I was down in Georgia for a whopping $85. Good lookin' on that good ol' down south discount...





My Half Cent set is complete, that is until the Eggplants & Cranberrys drop later on this year. I'll post pics of the set later...

Lemola Skull Ring...

I'm a fan of skull rings. This is a nicely done. The "Lemola Skull Ring" made by legendary London based jewelry designer Crazy Pig Designs.
