Bad Brains Part 2...

In their continued tribute to Washington DC hardcore punk band Bad Brains, Supreme has once again teamed up with the band to offer another dose of products. The collaboration will include t-shirts and sweaters referencing the band as well as two Vans footwear, the Mountain Edition and the Old Skool. Peep the pics, and the bonus video of their single "Soul Craft" from their album The Quickness. Supreme or not...If your gonna wear the gear, you might as well have some knowledge of the band.

UK artist Dave the Chimp embarked on his first collaboration with Vans on a Mid Skool. In this video interview, he offers a complex break-down of the shoes artistic features and what they represent. He also takes time to touch on his artistic work and offers some interesting examples of his stop-motion videos.

Power Slave...

Vans and metal band Iron Maiden have been collaborating with each other very often lately. For Iron Maiden’s fourth shoe, they bring back the Sk8 Hi with the artwork of their album “Powerslave”. This time around, Iron Maiden decided to mix it up by releasing the Sk8 Hi in a navy blue colorway rather than the original black that we were use to seeing. The finished product came out real well...as this may be the best looking of the four Iron Maiden Sk8 Hi's.

3/20 Package is MINES!

A lot of people have been asking me am I getting the 3/20 Countdown Package. What?! U already know!!! The Air Jordan Cement 3?! Oh my god.....I think I'm gonna cry. The anticipation is so great. I don't usually wear my Jays the day that I purchase them, but come Saturday these will be on the feet. There isn't too many sneakers better than the Black/Cement Jordan 3s and I will finally have my own pair. No more looking on Niketalk at people with 2001 pairs wishing it was me.

Such an ill shoe!!!

I'm still waiting to see how the Blackcat 20s look on the feet. Online the 20s may look OK, but you never know until you see them. For those who don't like them and may want to sell immediately, this may be the last time a Jordan 20 is retroed. So you might want to hold on to these.
